Holiday Concert Costume and Ticket Information

Dear Parents and Guardians, Please see the following information regarding the upcoming holiday concert.


Ticket Information:

The Kindergarten and Grade 1 students will be performing two concerts this holiday season.  Due to fire regulations, we must limit the number of people who attend.  Doors will open 30 mins before each concert and families that reserve tickets will be allowed into the gym first to find seats for the show. No paper tickets will be distributed.  Ticket holders will simply check-in at the ticket table at the school prior to the performance. Please click on the link below to fill out a form to reserve your tickets.  The deadline to reserve tickets is FRIDAY DECEMBER 6th.

Drop-Off and Pick-Up Information:

The doors will open 30 minutes before each concert.  For the evening concerts, please drop your students off in their classrooms.  They will be supervised by their homeroom teacher.  Please pick your children up after the concert has finished.  We request that parents stay in the gym until the concert is over to limit disruptions during the show.

Holiday Concert Costume Information

Kindergarten: White tops and black bottoms.  Please no jeans or sneakers.  Accent with winter attire such as toques/hats/ear muffs/scarf.

Grade 1: Best holiday outfit.  Please no jeans or sneakers.  Would prefer students in dress clothes and shoes.

1 Hakin – Students will be provided with a Reindeer Hat.

1 Neilsen – Students will be provided with a Santa Hat and Red or White Scarf from the school.  Students are welcome to bring their own Santa Hat from home if available.

1 Waldie - Students will be provided with an Elf Hat and Green Tunic from the school. 

Grade 1 Choir: Best holiday outfit.  Students will be provided with a rainbow bandana for the performance.
